The first notice that announces the upcoming election for your community and requests nominations for your new Board of Directors.

Pre Ballot Notice
Official notice of meeting and running candidates.
MAILING OF OFFICIAL BALLOT
Last step before the meeting
This is the time to encourage your neighbors to vote and return those ballots.
MEETING ATTENDANCE
We will conduct the entire counting process for your election.
We will provide 1-3 Inspectors or work with assigned volunteers to assist with the voting process.
RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Let the community know the results of the election
Now that all the work is over, it is time to announce the results of the election.
STORAGE OF RECORDS
Courtesy storage is provided for up to one (1) year
Return of election documents to legal or management upon written request.
